Vi har som bekant haft en vansinnigt magsjukestinn vinter, vi har aldrig varit med om n\u00e5got liknande. Vi vet att vi hittills varit relativt f\u00f6rskonade fr\u00e5n det h\u00e4r med att, som min far s\u00e4ger, ”som sm\u00e5barnsf\u00f6r\u00e4lder \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att kryssa i de dagar d\u00e5 alla \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt friska, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla p\u00e5 att stryka alla dagar d\u00e5 n\u00e5n vabbar eller \u00e4r sjuk sj\u00e4lv”, men det \u00e4r inte f\u00f6rr\u00e4n nu som vi liksom inser<\/em> hur det kan vara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efter alla v\u00e4ndor<\/a> med magsjuka i olika uppslag och grader \u2013 d\u00e4r den senaste<\/a> var i s\u00e4rklass v\u00e4rst hittills \u2013 s\u00e5 har vi satt ihop en lista, eller sammanfattning, av vad vi f\u00e5tt att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 och som verkar ha hj\u00e4lpt (taitr\u00e4taitr\u00e4taitr\u00e4taitr\u00e4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medan magsjukan p\u00e5g\u00e5r<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Barnet f\u00f6rlorar stora m\u00e4ngder salter genom diarr\u00e9 och\/eller kr\u00e4kningar. Om barnet kr\u00e4ks ska det vara max 5 ml var 5e minut, inte mer och inte oftare \u2013 oavsett om f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrahj\u00e4rtat brister av att h\u00e5lla det. \u00c4ven om det ser ut som att allting kommer upp igen s\u00e5 hinner kroppen \u00e4nd\u00e5 med att ta upp lite grann. Den begr\u00e4nsningen \u00e4r inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig om det bara \u00e4r diarr\u00e9 som p\u00e5g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00e4tskeers\u00e4ttningen<\/strong> kan varieras med ljummen buljong<\/strong> om man vill. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k undvika kylda eller v\u00e4rmda varianter, eftersom ljummet \u00e4r det sn\u00e4llaste mot magen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UNDVIK BL\u00c5B\u00c4RSSOPPA. Hos upp till 25% av befolkningen (k\u00e4lla<\/a>) har bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssoppa motsatt effekt, s\u00e5 om ni testar med det och det inte blir n\u00e5gon skillnad s\u00e5 sluta helt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen efter magsjuka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De flesta repar sig f\u00f6r egen maskin, men v\u00e5ra barn har haft det sv\u00e5rare att f\u00e5 magarna p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt k\u00f6l igen och vi har tappat r\u00e4kningen p\u00e5 \u00e5terfallen sedan f\u00f6rsta insjukningen f\u00f6r tv\u00e5 m\u00e5nader sen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r den som vill g\u00e5 all in<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 vilket kan rekommenderas, d\u00e5 \u00e5terfallen till sist n\u00f6ter ner k\u00e4mpargl\u00f6den hos den mest optimistiske av v\u00e5rdnadshavare \u2013 f\u00f6r att fr\u00e4mja \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen av sm\u00e5 magar (samt f\u00f6r den olycklige vuxne som eventuellt drabbats av bakterier ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r virus) s\u00e5 kommer h\u00e4r den lista p\u00e5 grejer som vi tvingats f\u00f6lja till slut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Att undvika efter magsjuka:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bl\u00e5b\u00e4rssoppa<\/strong>, som sagt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Stora portioner<\/strong>. Barn som b\u00f6rjar m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre i magen \u00e4r hungriga och riskerar att vr\u00e4ka i sig mat som vanligt, och \u00e4ven om du s\u00e5klart \u00e4r glad att se att aptiten \u00e4r tillbaka s\u00e5 \u00e4r det inte bra f\u00f6r magen. Risken f\u00f6r l\u00e5ngdragen diarr\u00e9 och\/eller regelr\u00e4tt \u00e5terfall finns \u00e4ven n\u00e4r de k\u00e4nns n\u00e4stan friska. Ge mindre portioner, \u00e4t oftare ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r de beh\u00f6ver ju fortfarande f\u00e5 i sig samma m\u00e4ngd. Ett par dagar till n\u00e5n vecka har vi f\u00e5tt h\u00f6ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Alla mj\u00f6lkprodukter <\/strong>, dvs allt som inneh\u00e5ller mj\u00f6lk. ”Till och med korv med mj\u00f6lkpulver i”, som v\u00e5r husl\u00e4kare sa. L\u00e4s inneh\u00e5ll p\u00e5 allt du ger barnet om du inte \u00e4r van, m\u00e5nga t\u00e4nker tex inte p\u00e5 att v\u00e4lling (oftast) \u00e4r gjord p\u00e5 mj\u00f6lk. Detta ska f\u00f6ljas i minst tre veckor, sedan kan man g\u00e5 \u00f6ver till laktosfritt resten av den totala tiden p\u00e5 tre m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Gluten<\/strong>. Gluten \u00e4r inflammationsfr\u00e4mjande f\u00f6r tarmen, nu \u00e4r tarmen uppretad och eventuellt inflammerad s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r stryker vi det rakt av. Det betyder, till exempel, allt som inneh\u00e5ller vetemj\u00f6l. \u00c4ven detta b\u00f6r h\u00e5llas ca tre m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Allt det som ni sett retat magen hittills. Syrliga saker, sura saker, starka saker, banan, whatever. Ta med allt p\u00e5 listan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c5ter p\u00e5 f\u00f6rskolan efter magsjuka<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e5vida barnet inte dragit p\u00e5 sig en ny sjukdom \u2013 men man m\u00e4rker sannolikt skillnaden \u2013 s\u00e5 smittar det inte l\u00e4ngre efter 48 timmar sedan senaste kr\u00e4kningen\/diarr\u00e9n. I \u00c5ngermanland \u00e4r det 72 timmar som g\u00e4ller, har jag h\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allm\u00e4nm\u00e5endet kan vara kanon, ungen \u00e4r pigg som en m\u00f6rt och understimulerad i sjukstugan, men kr\u00e4ks ibland fr\u00e5n ingenstans \u2013 nu snackar vi n\u00e4r det g\u00e5tt ett tag sedan barnet var sjukt, allts\u00e5 \u2013 antagligen p\u00e5 grund av att det f\u00e5tt n\u00e5t i magen som magen \u00f6verreagerat p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be om ett intyg fr\u00e5n en l\u00e4kare att ge till f\u00f6rskolan om begr\u00e4nsad kost\/specialkost eller vad de nu vill kalla det. Det finns m\u00e5nga barn som redan g\u00e5r p\u00e5 gluten- och mj\u00f6lkfri kost s\u00e5 att l\u00e4gga en unge till p\u00e5 den dieten spelar s\u00e4llan f\u00f6rskolan n\u00e5gon roll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
